We ask that you please reschedule or cancel before the beginning of your appointment.

Any cancellation requested on or before 11:59 p.m. the day before the appointment is eligible for a full refund. Furthermore, any cancellations due to weather (rain) or equipment malfunctions are also eligible for full refunds or rescheduling with the highest priority. Any cancellations made the day of the appointment will be refunded but with a $14.99 cancellation fee unless any exceptions are made.
